Report content

Groupmail Community is an archive of newsletters published by independent authors. If you've come across something that shouldn't be on the archive, let us know and a Groupmail reviewer will take a look.

What we act on

  • • Copyright or trademark infringement (DMCA-style notices welcome).
  • • Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse.
  • • Illegal content or content that incites violence.
  • • Malware, phishing, or deceptive links.
  • • Spam, scams, or impersonation.
  • • Material breaches of our Terms of use.

What we don't act on

Groupmail does not edit or take editorial responsibility for newsletter content. We won't remove a newsletter because you disagree with its viewpoint, factual claims, or tone. Editorial complaints should go to the publisher directly — their contact details appear on every newsletter page.

How to report

Use Groupmail's contact form. Include the full URL of the page you're reporting, a short description of the concern, and any supporting context (screenshots, the original copyrighted work, etc.). For copyright take-downs please include your contact details and a statement of good-faith belief.

We aim to acknowledge reports within two working days and act on credible reports promptly.

For publishers

If you're the author of a newsletter on the archive and want to remove a specific issue or your whole archive, log into Groupmail and use the unpublish action on the campaign — no need to file a report here.
